oTraining/experience in a variety of diagnostic instruments forassessing fine motor, visual motor, visual-perceptual, sensorymotor and self-care skill levels. o Additional training/experiencein pediatrics, neurodevelopmental therapy, sensory integration,CPR/First Aid.o Working knowledge of State rules and regulationsfor disabled students.o Ability to work and communicate effectivelywith staff, students and parents from diverse cultural backgroundsin a variety of educational interdisciplinary team settings.oAbility to apply purposeful, goal directed, developmentallysequenced activities to enhance the student’s potential forfacilitating improvement of a student’s physical, emotional,sensory and/or perceptual deficit through use of specially designedinstruction and/or related services delivery models.o Experiencewriting Individual Education Programs (IEP).o Ability to writemeasurable annual goals and objectives.
