1799.47 1971.76 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Bienville Parish school district to hire a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the OT will address motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive functions that impact a students academics, selfcare skills, play, and social participation, as well as transitional skills.

nResponsibilities for this role include:

nPartner with the district as a member of a collaborative team to help students achieve their academic goals.nScreen and evaluate students referred to Occupational Therapy.nAppropriately collect data and report findings.nProvide evidencebased direct and consultative therapy services as required.nMaintain accurate documentation and billing per district and state standards.nThe OT will provide training and resources for teachers and staff on effective strategies to improve participation and progress toward educational goals.nParticipate in a collaborative team and maintain clear communication with teachers, district staff, and families regarding student performance.

Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, School References:
