We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Lafayette, LA. This full-time role involves working with K-12 students to support their educational and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals. Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and treatment plans. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and accommodations.
Qualifications:
