Blooming Potential is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist. We are eagerly searching for the best fit for our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress
- Provide case management services, including coordinating with insurance providers and advocating for patients’ needs
Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
