Occupational Therapist

- Home Health VNA Care is seeking a 32 hour Home Health OT for visits in and around Brockton, Easton, Randolph, Bridgewater, Avon, Whitman.
Schedule for
Occupational Therapist:
32 hours/ 4 days, Monday
- Friday 8am-4:30pm.
No weekends.

Occupational Therapist:
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
- Home Care experience preferred, not required
Position Summary:
Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
