Category Schools – OT – Telehealth Job Type Contract To Hire Position Overview Are you a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference—without the daily commute? We’re currently seeking a dedicated OT to provide virtual support to K-12 students across Massachusetts . This fully remote opportunity allows you to deliver personalized therapy services from the comfort of your home, empowering students to build the skills they need for greater independence and academic success. As a valued member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with families, educators, and service providers through a secure and easy-to-use online platform. Key Responsibilities Provide engaging, individualized occupational therapy services in alignment with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Develop and update IEP goals and treatment plans based on student progress and Massachusetts state guidelines. Adjust therapy strategies to support the unique functional, motor, and sensory needs of each student. Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families for cohesive student support. Monitor and document student progress, modifying interventions to optimize outcomes. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and offer clinical insights and recommendations. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with Massachusetts education standards and district protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts . A minimum of two years of experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred. Proficient in developing therapy plans, progress reports, and working within special education frameworks. Technologically comfortable and familiar with virtual therapy tools and platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote caseload effectively. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
