Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific functional impairments. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients’ abilities to perform daily living activities. Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and manage disabilities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
