Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and havepassed the NBCOT exam. Minimum one year of professional working experience Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT orproactively in the process of the application process for currentstate licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT. Current CPR certification. Also, the Occupational Therapist / OT willestablish and administer a treatment program with specific goalsdetermined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance Develops a plan of care for each occupational therapypatient. Provides skilled occupational therapy services / interventionsin accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies careto meet goals of occupational therapy interventions. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate teamgoals for each patient.
