Summary:
This position maintains and optimizes the user experience and content interface for DIRTVision, our direct to consumer streaming service, and provided related customer support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize content distribution and engagement across all DIRTVision apps — in alignment with company objectives; Manage DIRTVision content presentation and workflows on platform, create and maintain schedules, playlists, broadcasts, graphics, and descriptions; Make strategic design and user-experience centered decisions focusing on engaging, fresh content and overall subscriber practice; optimize content to ensure leading subscriber experiences; Develop strategies to maximize content visibility and audience reach; Manage subscriber support and Help Desk; Manage customer feedback surveys; mine feedback for areas of improvement and suggest design modifications as appropriate; Ensure consistency across all content/pages/sections in regard to brand guidelines, look and feel, grammar, metadata, design; Manage relationship with platform provider and ensure all tech support issues are communicated and followed up on; Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, wireframes, and/or prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas; Work with other departments to ensure that DIRTVision is properly leveraged to support various business objectives across ticketing, corporate partnerships, marketing; Perform platform performance audits through various measurement tools, including SEO; modify design and functions to enhance user experience using data-driven strategies; evaluate modifications and adjust as needed; Manage promo code creation and reporting; Manage and maintain Knowledge Base and support workflows. Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design, communications, or other related field At least three years experience in content management, UX, and/or SEO/SEM optimization; preferably in sports, news or other streaming services Combination of education and experience acceptable Ability to have flexible schedule during race season Strong attention to detail, especially with grammar, usage and spelling Graphic skills a plus Strong storytelling and content organization abilities Knowledge of and interest in dirt-track racing preferred; genuine willingness to learn High sense of ownership and personal accountability Proven record of dependability and integrity Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to work in a team environment with multiple departments Able to maintain positive demeanor, even in highly stressful or demanding situations

Travel:
Occasional, but infrequent travel, including weekends and overnights as needed to generate unique content from race tracks or related venues
