WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Job SummaryThe OccupationalTherapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range ofoccupational therapy services including assessment, treatmentplanning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinaryenvironment consistent with the position’s qualifications,professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses andCertificationsMust have and maintain a current, valid state OTlicensure or registration Current valid CPR certification,preferred•

QualificationsEducation:

Degree in Occupational Therapyfrom an accredited program

Experience:

0-1 years

• Roles andResponsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualizedtreatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeuticinterventions to improve patients’ functional abilities
• Educatepatients and their families on techniques and strategies for dailyliving activities
• Document patient progress and adapt treatmentplans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team toensure comprehensive patient care
• Other duties asassigned.
