Job Description
Occupational Therapist Therapy Discoveries, PLLC 620 College Street, Clinton, NC 28328 We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our talented and fun interdisciplinary team. Full-time position available immediately with sign-on bonus. Make your own schedule to fit your personal needs/preference.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review patient medical history Develop & implement OT treatment plan Recommend and educate patients in use of adaptive equipment Record patient’s activities and progress
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with certificate/diploma for successful completion of post-degree program in OT Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy Valid License to practice OT in North Carolina Proof of passing NBCOT exam Excellent communication skills Creative and innovative thinker
