POSITION OVERVIEW

We arecurrently recruiting clinical staff for our growing operationsthroughout North Carolina who are dedicated to effectivelyproviding the best client care possible while working in oursupportive clinician-driven environment.

As a Board-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, you will:

Provideguidance and mentorship for other behavior analysts and studentanalysts, related to working collaboratively with caregivers,completing assessments, designing and implementing comprehensivebehavior and skill acquisition plans, and evaluate behavior changeand achievement of life outcomes.

Provide individual supervisedfieldwork and group supervision to BCBA trainees in accordance withthe BACB Experience Standards.

Monitor the effectiveness ofskill-building interventions utilizing ABA.Conduct and interpretABA assessments including FBA/FA.Provide supervision to ABABehavior Technicians on staff.

Develop a child-specific behaviorplan in accordance with the principles of ABA Therapy.

Develop andtake on projects to improve client service and satisfaction.

Developand take on projects to improve employee performance, retention,and satisfaction.

Develop quality initiatives that will improvereferral source satisfaction, measured through volume, surveys, andother reporting methods.

Maintain knowledge of State and Federalspecific laws, Tricare/Governmental programs, Medical InsuranceProviders, Medicaid Waiver Programs and ensure compliance withregulations.

Promote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and assistin the pursuit of new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’sDegree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.

CurrentBCBA Certification from the BACB.Experience supervising BCBAtrainees.

At least 2 years of BCBA experienceOne year of experiencein Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Experience with programming,developing, and implementing intervention programs.

Must have areliable car valid Driver’s License, and proof ofinsurance.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and producehigh-quality results while handling competing priorities.

Ability tomaintain positive learner and family interactions with a highdegree of professionalism.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel) and related computer programs such asCentral Reach.

Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminalrecord/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice andFederal Bureau of Investigation per HHC and/or programrequirements.
