Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in North Carolina for the full school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in their educational environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students’ independence and participation in school activities. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure holistic student development. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one. Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passionate about helping students achieve their highest potential.
