Candidates we’re seeking: Must have prior Medicare billing (8-minute rule with cpt codes) + documentation experience. An individual who thrives within an autonomous setting meeting expectations for scheduling and caseload management. What you’ll do: Provide PT services to older adults within their home/community environment Deliver proactive and evidence-based interventions based off your own clinical judgement What you’ll get: The ability to create your own schedule + visit times for your caseload Professional growth opportunities

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply Degree from an accredited physical therapy program Liability insurance Basic computer literacy skills Current CPR certification Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns Contact Now!
