Occupational Therapist:

Occupational Therapists plans andconducts individualized therapy programs in a skilled nursingenvironment to help patients develop, regain or maintain theirability to perform daily activities. Occupational Therapiststeaches patients skills/techniques and how to use adaptiveequipment for participating in activities. Occupational Therapistsevaluates & records patients’ activities and progress.

Qualifications of an

Occupational Therapist:

• Master’s/Bachelor’sDegree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy School
• Licensed inthe State of New York
• CPR/BLS certification Guaranteed 32 hoursper week.

Must have atleast 1 year of SNF experience. Familiar withRehab Optima and Net Health.
