School-Based Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $37.55
• $40.45 per hour
• 21-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonusavailable

• Developand implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluationresults
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determineeligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintainaccurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with schoolinterdisciplinary team and student guardians
• Schedule follows theschool district calendar
• Will provide occupational therapyservices according to student IEP
• Assigned schools may includevarious grade levels
• May be asked to travel between schoollocations

Requirements:

• New York Occupational Therapist License
• American HeartAssociation BLS
