Responsibilities:

The Opportunity We arehiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and workwith the residents of a senior living community that offers one ormore of the following care settings: independent living, assistedliving, and memory care. Therapy services for the residents at thiscommunity are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.As an OT, you will be responsible for:

• Providing occupationaltherapy and wellness services for older adults
• Conductingassessments, treatment plannings, and therapeutic interventions inan interdisciplinary environment
• Maintaining professionalpractices and ethical standards in accordance with company-widepolicies and clinical initiatives
• Contributing to programdevelopment, quality improvement, and problem-solving
• Optimizingeach patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction Your ScheduleWhile our clinics typically operate 8 a.
