How you’ll contribute An OccupationalTherapist (OT) who excels in this role: Develop a specializedtreatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible inregaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use ofprosthetic and orthotic devices. You and your staff will play animportant role in his/her recovery Communicate patient progress orproblems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient’sfamily or nursing staff in follow-through programs Document patientcare in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer andaccrediting requirements Maintain equipment and work area in a safeand clean condition Handle job responsibilities in accordance withthe standards of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, theCorporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standardsand applicable state/federal laws Other duties as assigned Why joinus We believe that investing in our employees is the first step toproviding excellent patient care.
