Job Description:

COTA – Rehab We are seeking a Certified Occupational TherapyAssistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, youwill work under the supervision of an occupational therapist toprovide treatments that help patients regain independence andimprove their ability to perform daily activities.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in implementingtreatment plans tailored to patients’ needs. Guide patients throughtherapeutic activities to improve motor skills, coordination, andfunctional abilities. Monitor and document patients’ progress,reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising occupationaltherapist. Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatmentareas for patient use. Educate patients and families on techniquesto support recovery and promote independence at home.

WorkEnvironment:

Work in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, nursingcare facilities, or outpatient clinics. Engage in a collaborativeenvironment focused on patient-centered care and teamwork.
