Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:30p, one weekend per month.
Must have acutecare/outpatient experience.
Qualifications:
B.S. (or higher) inOccupational Therapy, NYS licensure or eligible and 2 year ofexperience required.
Must successfully pass pre-employment healthclearance.
Duties:
Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed bya physician; detennine specificgoals for patient treatment throughevaluation and consultation with health care professionals,patients& families; process record keeping & related reports;attend designated clinics, rounds and conferencesrendering patientinformation; interact with patient families; maintain equipment andsupplies; mayparticipate in educational programs for staff.
