Qualifications:

B.S. (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, NYS licensure or eligible and 2 year of experience required.nMust successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.n

Duties:

Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician; detennine specificngoals for patient treatment through evaluation and consultation with health care professionals, patientsn& families; process record keeping & related reports; attend designated clinics, rounds and conferencesnrendering patient information; interact with patient families; maintain equipment and supplies; maynparticipate in educational programs for staff.
