• Conduct evaluations to assess patients’ physical, emotional, andcognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualizedtreatment plans to promote patients’ independence in dailyactivities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhancemobility, strength, and coordination.
• Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercisesand techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain accuraterecords in compliance with facility standards. Requirements
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor’s,Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accreditedprogram.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitationsetting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
