UPMC Williamsport is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (64 hours per pay period). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and supported.

Schedule:

7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Approximately one weekend every 4-5 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatments across a diverse patient population (pediatric to geriatric).
Develop and adjust individualized plans of care based on patient progress and clinical judgment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department standards.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants and students during clinical rotations.
Participate in staff meetings, in-service education, and ongoing professional development. ✅

Qualifications:

Licensed/registered Occupational Therapist with a commitment to lifelong learning.

Qualifications:

EDUCATIONAL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited program approved by The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
