School-Based Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $41.50
• $44.50 per hour
• 5-week contracts
• $3,000 assignmentbonus available

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based onevaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs anddetermine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data,maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress towardstudent goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with schoolinterdisciplinary team and student guardians
• Schedule follows theschool district calendar
• Will provide occupational therapyservices according to student IEP
• Assigned schools may includevarious grade levels
• May be asked to travel between schoollocations

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
• American Heart Association BLS
