We only accept direct applications from individuals.•At Kelso Industries , we’re building a best-in-class recruiting strategy to support rapid growth across our 29 operating companies, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help lead the charge for an entire division of 5 to 10 companies. This role is more than just filling requisitions. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding and partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business units to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. If you’ve recruited across decentralized or multi-brand organizations before, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a unified recruiting experience as we scale and refine our systems, playbooks, and brand across the entire Kelso portfolio. What You’ll Do Own the full recruitment process across a portfolio of 5 to 10 operating companies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding Partner directly with divisional and company leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and strategic outreach Act as a brand ambassador to improve and align employer branding across operating companies Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to drive efficiency, maintain data integrity, and enhance the candidate pipeline Help develop and refine the centralized Kelso Recruiting Playbook to drive consistent hiring processes across all 29 companies Build and maintain a talent pipeline across job functions from skilled trades to corporate leadership Deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers that reflects our values and culture Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and internal policies Collaborate with the broader People and Talent team to elevate Kelso’s recruiting operations

What You Bring Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple business units, locations, or entities Proven track record sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms Experience managing 10+ requisitions at various levels simultaneously Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship building, and project management skills Strong understanding of current hiring trends, labor markets, and compensation practices Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-company environment

Preferred Qualifications:
