What You’ll Do:

• Provide acomprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely,accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide acomprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals,frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD ordersare obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications anddischarges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizingmodalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adheringto precautions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accrediteduniversity with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in OccupationalTherapy that the AOTA recognizes.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as adesignated OTR (if state mandated)
• OT holds a current licenseand/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state asapplicable.
