Schedule:
Full-Time (2025-26 School Year) | 37.5 hours/week
Compensation:
Up to $62/hour (W2 position with benefits) Connected Health Care , a trusted educational staffing partner, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting students in the Conway, SC area for the full 2025-26 academic year. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-care skills Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and SC state standards Provide direct therapy services through push-in/pull-out models across all grade levels Implement sensory integration strategies and recommend classroom modifications Train staff on adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and handwriting interventions Maintain compliant documentation meeting South Carolina Medicaid and IDEA requirements Collaborate with IEP teams to support student participation in educational activities
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program Current South Carolina OT License (or ability to obtain) NBCOT certification Experience with pediatric populations (school experience preferred but not required) Knowledge of IEP processes and evidence-based school practices
