Millennium Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center i n West Columbia, SC, is seeking a full time OT to join our in-house therapy team. We are a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We are the opposite of corporate and are based on facility level decision making
