I Am Guardian Home Care? As an Occupational Therapist (OT) you will: Assist in evaluating the patient?s level of function byadministering and interpreting patient?s diagnostic and prognostictests of function in their homes. Participate in development and revision of the Plan of Care byconferring with the patients? physicians and clinical teammembers. Improve and restore strength, coordination, range of motion andfunction by providing therapeutic treatment and instruction topatients in accordance with physician orders. Requirements of Qualified Candidates Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent withlicense / certificate within the state providing services Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complexneurologic injury generally required Experience with a home health, medical surgical, or rehabilitationcenter environment At least two (2) years of experience working independently underminimal supervision Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and inaccordance with state and/or organization requirements and in goodworking order
