Were looking for a dedicated and innovative Occupational Therapistto join our multidisciplinary team in an Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA) setting. This unique opportunity allows you to blend thestrengths of occupational therapy with evidence-based behavioralstrategies to support individuals in reaching their highest levelof independence and success.

As an OTR in our ABA environment, youllwork closely with behavior analysts, technicians, and families todevelop holistic interventions that support sensory regulation,motor development, and daily living skillswhile aligning withbehavior plans that foster meaningful, functional outcomes.

Together, we create a consistent, supportive framework thatempowers clients to thrive across settings.

Primary JobResponsibilities:

• Provide individualized evaluations, during whichthe client/family and Occupational Therapist determine the clients’goals.
• Create a customized intervention plan to improve theclients ability to perform daily activities and reach the goals setforth in the plan of care.
• Evaluate outcomes and ensure that goalsare being met. Make plan adjustments as needed.
• Provide directtreatment sessions as needed.
• Other duties asassigned.

Requirements:

• Masters degree from an ACOTE certifieddegree program. (Bachelor’s degree acceptable if obtained prior to2007).
• Active Tennessee licensure.
• Preference for thosecredentialed with payors.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workcollaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Dedication to ethical standards and professionaldevelopment.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical capabilities includewalking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping,crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling,bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
