Elementary and Middle School Position Overview:
We are hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist! If you’re passionate about supporting students’ development and independence, and you’re comfortable delivering services in person we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments to evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Develop individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and home environment Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on improving fine motor coordination, sensory processing, handwriting, and daily living skills Monitor and document student progress, adjust therapy goals, and prepare required reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights, accommodations, and recommendations
What You’ll Need:
In-Person ONLY School Experience (Preferred but not Mandatory) Active Professional License/Certification in CT (Or Is Willing To Obtain) Bachelor’s Degree What We Offer Premium Pay Rate Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage Guaranteed Hours!
