Summer Program Adult Aide Florence A. De George Club 1220 SW 130th Ave, Davie, FL 33325 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Program Aide to join our team. The Program Aide must possess the ability to organize and supervise recreational programs and assist with our Snack & Supper Program . Must be energetic, enthusiastic & creative and willing to work as a team player. Must have general knowledge in recreational and be able to serve members snack & supper . Responsibilities
- Assist in various areas of the facility
- Utilize experience working with children to provide individualized attention
- Assist in implementing behavior management strategies
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of members Experience
- Previous experience with working with youths, and the overall management of organizing activities and special event
- Experience with reading a daily meal calendar.
- Knowledge of cleaning and prepping food daily.
- Ability to educate and inspire members to reach their full potential.
