Some of your responsibilities will include: Acts as support staff member to the directors to the Director of Rehabilitation and therapy staff. Rehab Aide Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required; college experience is a plus

Licensure:

Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the state of

Florida Experience:

Prior experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

Therapeutic Knowledge:

Familiarity with materials and equipment used in physical, occupational, and speech therapy

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and therapy staff

Emotional Intelligence:

Demonstrated emotional stability to manage the demands of both patients and team members

Confidentiality:

Commitment to maintaining patient and employee confidentiality

Tech-Savvy:
