Position Summary :

As a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at Thunderbolt Care Center, you will work with a dedicated team to provide therapy services to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities. You will help promote healing, restore function, and improve the overall quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and administer treatment to residents with disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing. Ensure all treatments are in accordance with the patient’s established plan of care. Provide clinical support to patients, families, and caregivers, and offer education and instruction as needed. Monitor and track patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions accordingly. Complete all necessary documentation and forms per company policies and state/federal regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and nursing staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.
