Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our healthcare team in Cedarsville. In this role, you will work alongside physical therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services.
Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervisionMaintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areasGuide patients through prescribed exercise routines (under direct supervision Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progressPrepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessionsAssist patients with mobility and transfer activitiesQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer servicePhysical stamina to assist patients and handle equipmentProven organizational and time management abilitiesUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentialityTeam-oriented mindset with a positive, caring attitudeAbility to maintain a clean and organized work environmentAdditional Information401kEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more
