Work where youmatter. A Brief Overview Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, responsible toadminister specified evaluations, conduct general activityprograms, and assist in implementing specific treatment programsfor individual patients and patient groups. Collaborates withinterdisciplinary treatment team. What you will do Provides input on evaluation as appropriate under supervisionof a staff Occupational Therapist. Plans treatment programs with supervising therapist. Assists in identifying goals, determining treatment prioritiesand selecting appropriate treatment media. Executes treatment programs under supervision of stafftherapist. Coordinates programs with other therapists. Prepares documentation as required by the department, such asinput on evaluation results, treatment plans, progress reports andpatient attendance records. Communicates observations, facts, and comments withinterdisciplinary team members, individually and through teammeeting participation. Assists with staff/student on the jobtraining/orientation. Provides monitoring of assigned student interns. Attends care conferences as needed. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
