JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the rehabilitation department in administering therapy programs by preparing patients for treatment, assisting with treatments, and performing clerical and support duties. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist License therapist in session
- Provide transportation and mobility Support for therapy sessions
- Maintain and clean therapy areas
- Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy.
- Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
- Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
- Assist with clinical documentation and supportive task
- Create positive resident outcomes.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent and successful completion of on-the-job training as a Rehabilitation Aide.
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred.
- Successful criminal background check
