This position primarily supports the therapy team so that the therapists can spend their time face to face with clients. If you are organized, like working in a fast paced environment, and love working around children then this position is for you! Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to enhance the lives of the children we serve and the families who love them by ensuring the clinic remains clean, organized, safe, and presentable, while also assisting staff with materials and therapy needs. Some of the ways this is carried out include: Maintaining and creating organization systems Managing inventory and stocking supplies Washing and putting away dishes daily Doing laundry as needed Resetting therapy rooms after sessions Putting away toys and equipment Preparing food for feeding therapy Preparing materials for clinic needs (e.g., printing, laminating) Cross-training on front desk procedures to assist as needed Sanitizing soiled toys and surfaces Keeping the waiting room in good condition Assisting in therapy sessions as needed Education High School diploma or equivalent Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Maintains a positive outlook on life Adapts quickly and remains flexible in changing situations Stays organized and detail-oriented Demonstrates responsibility and professionalism Communicates effectively with others Enjoys working with children and their families Shows a strong desire to learn and grow professionally Stays motivated to achieve goals and targets Thinks creatively and brings new ideas to the table Pays close attention to detail Builds and nurtures relationships with ease Solves problems effectively and efficiently Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Enjoys the pediatric population and their families Salary $15.00 – 17.00 per hour
