We are currently seeking a part-time CertifiedOccupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in BrynMawr, Pennsylvania, and help deliver high-quality therapy services.

Position Overview:

As a part-time Certified Occupational TherapyAssistant (COTA), you will work closely with licensed OccupationalTherapists to provide hands-on care to patients undergoingrehabilitation. Your role will involve implementing individualizedtreatment plans that aim to improve patients’ ability to performdaily activities, regain functional skills, and enhance theiroverall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist indelivering occupational therapy treatments under the supervision ofa licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Support patients in exercisesand activities designed to improve physical and cognitiveabilities.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques tocontinue therapy at home.
  • Document patient progress, treatments,and responses to therapy in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable treatment environment for patients
  • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensivepatient care.
Qualifications:
  • Current Certified OccupationalTherapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Previousexperience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), outpatient, orrehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approachto care.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
