Job Summary and Qualifications What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Associate Degree Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a 250+ bed facility.
