Licensed and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Are you passionate about working with children? Do you thrive in a flexible, supportive environment? We’re looking for a COTA who is: Fun-loving and playful Adventurous, adaptable, and open to new experiences A strong communicator, both written and verbal Independent, well-organized, and motivated Skilled at connecting with children and families Capable of quick travel between sessions Comfortable making sound clinical decisions Knowledgeable in OT principles and best practices What You’ll Do Conduct thorough standardized and non-standardized pediatric assessments Deliver therapy services aligned with goals and clinical needs Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and providers Provide training on home programs and clinical recommendations Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant Follow state regulations and clinical standards Maintain patient safety at all times Key Skills & Abilities Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Organized with strong communication abilities Physical Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English Ability to travel between client locations Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Strong sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, smell) Capable of assisting patients with mobility and equipment Able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations Ready to make a difference in children’s lives while working in a supportive and inspiring environment?
