Qualifications:
AssociatesDegree in Occupational Therapy from an accreditedprogram.
Successful completion of the National Certification forOTA.Current state license.
Essential Job Functions:
Providesoccupational therapy services to residents under the directsupervision of the Occupational therapist.
Conducts screenings ofresidents at regular intervals to determine need forintervention/treatment.
Identifies indications for evaluations atappropriate intervals and assists in the evaluation under thedirection of the Occupational Therapist.
Assists the OccupationalTherapist in the evaluation process in the areas of self-care,homemaking, functional mobility, coordination and other areas asdirected.
