We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services in a supportive and family-centered environment. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join us!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic OTA to provide direct therapy services to a pediatric population under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and values a collaborative, team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions. Assist in evaluations by gathering data and observing patient performance. Document daily treatment notes, progress reports, and communicate findings with the supervising OT. Maintain a positive, motivating, and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development

Qualifications:

Current Florida licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working with children preferred (internship experience counts!). Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Passion for working with children and families.
