How you’ll contribute A CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant who excels in this role:

  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and otherteam members; instruct patient’s family or nursing staff infollow-through programs
  • Assist with patient scheduling and postcharges daily to patient records
  • Document patient care inaccordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accreditingrequirements
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and cleancondition
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with thestandards of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the CorporateCompliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards andapplicable state/federal laws

  • Candidates must havecertification from the American Occupational Therapy Association(AOTA)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistantprogram culminating in an Associate’s degree
  • Current and validstate OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in thestates where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
