OTA:

Provide hands-on therapeutic support as directed by the Occupational Therapist Carry out treatment plans designed to help residents improve function and independence Educate residents on exercises and assistive techniques for daily living Monitor and document progress and communicate effectively with the care team Support a holistic approach to resident-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Georgia Minimum of 1 year experience preferred (skilled nursing or rehab setting) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for improving the quality of life for residents Availability for PRN shifts or commitment to a full-time schedule Why Join East Cobb Center?
