Responsibilities:

The Opportunity We are hiring alicensed Clinical Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join ourteam and work with the residents of a senior living community thatoffers one or more of the following care settings: independentliving, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services for theresidents at this community are covered by private insurance and/orMedicare Part B. As a COTA, you will be responsible for: Providingoccupational therapy and wellness services for older adults underthe supervision of a OT as part of a multidisciplinary team Supportcare coordination efforts by conducting regular wellness checkpointvisits with patients, communicating with patients’ providers andcaregivers, and assisting patients with attending telehealth visitsMaintaining professional practices and ethical standards inaccordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiativesContributing to program development, quality improvement, andproblem-solving Assist with optimizing each patient’s functionalwell-being and satisfaction Your Schedule While our clinicstypically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, ourflexible scheduling lets you craft a schedule that’s suited to yourunique lifestyle!
