Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Elizabeth City, NC . This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping others regain independence and thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Occupational Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and daily functional tasks Monitor and document patient progress; communicate changes to the supervising OT Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality care Comply with all relevant state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

Active COTA license in the state of North Carolina (or eligible) AHA BLS Certification Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
