Qualification:
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S.,
- MA, or M.S.or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- that the AOTArecognizes.
Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if statemandated) OT holds a current license and/or registration as anOccupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation basedon MD orders. Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely,accurately and adhering to all guidelines. Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long andshort-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatmentmodalities. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments,recertifications and discharges. Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizingmodalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adheringto precautions.
