Responsibilities:

TheOpportunity We are hiring a Certified Occupational TherapyAssistant (COTA) to join our team and work with the residents of asenior living community that offers one or more of the followingcare settings: independent living, assisted living, and memorycare. Therapy services for the residents at this community arecovered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B. As a COTA, youwill be responsible for: Providing occupational therapy andwellness services for older adults under the supervision of a OTMaintaining professional practices and ethical standards inaccordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiativesContributing to program development, quality improvement, andproblem-solving Assist with optimizing each patient’s functionalwell-being and satisfaction Your Schedule While our clinicstypically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, ourflexible scheduling lets you craft a schedule that’s suited to yourunique lifestyle!
