Job Description
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Laurel Medical Solutions Pittsburgh, PA Laurel Medical Solutions in an industry leader in Complex Rehab Technology, CRT, and Home Accessibility and we are expanding our team. We are seeking a multi-faceted COTA in the Pittsburgh area as a Mobility Technician. This is a unique position as the candidate will assist ATP’s in the provision of CRT, home assessment, and installation of equipment to individuals with disabilities. The candidate must have mechanical abilities, be able to work independently, be willing to travel throughout W Pa and have a true passion for people. This position is an excellent entry in the Assistive Technology Field and can lead to the candidate becoming an ATP at Laurel Med.

Education/Experience:
At least 1 year of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) / Rehab equipment experience. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills to work with families and children. Must be able to load, unload, set up, and demonstrate any custom rehab equipment being delivered. Must be familiar with the current regulatory environment in this field. Must be knowledgeable on products available.
Certification/Licensure:
Current PA COTA License Valid driver’s license with good driving record. New grads with related experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$22.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
